Agnew School is seeking to appoint an experienced School Administration Assistant. This role is located at our Brisbane Campus, situated in the Wynnum Manly district, and available on a permanent part-time (2 days / week) basis.

Agnew School is seeking to appoint an experienced School Administration Assistant. This role is located at our Brisbane Campus, situated in the Wynnum Manly district, and available on a permanent part-time (2 days / week) basis.

The Position

This role, reporting directly to the Head of Campus, is essential to the efficient and effective administration and operation of the campus. This role is responsible for providing support services to the Head of Campus, related to the daily routine of campus management.

Duties and responsibilities of this role will include data entry, record keeping, coordinating school correspondence including letters and emails, and a variety of project based initiatives.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess a positive "can do" attitude and ability to be flexible within a dynamic workplace environment.

The successful candidate will have at least three years previous experience in a similar role, be highly organized with excellent attention to detail, be a self-starter, possess strong customer service skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook,  be highly IT "savvy" and have the ability to be respectful within the Agnew School Ethos.

Previous experience working in a school environment will be highly valued.
